What People Are Saying About CrossFit Athletics:

Running

"I was introduced to CrossFit in 2009 as a method to better my run time. The first thing that struck me about the workouts was the intensity. I hadn't experienced anything like it, although yoga comes close. The second was the duration. I found it doesn't take hours of daily training to have a complete body transformation. At the peak of my training, I shaved off about 90 seconds from my original mile time. My body looks stronger and leaner than ever. I can't say I love CrossFit when I'm in the middle of 50 burpees, but Ican say I love what CrossFit does for me."

- Terra McBride

"I had no prior running training, but a few weeks after beginning CrossFit - Feb 13th, my 5K time was 30:36. March 27th, 6 more weeks of CrossFit and Jenn's running technique instructions - my 5K time was 25:33."

- Kristen Willoughby

"I just wanted to comment of how much I've enjoyed CrossFit. It made me stronger, plus gave me confidence in myself that I can accomplish almost anything with hard work and an extra push. It helped trim down my waistline, strengthen my core, and develop balance. I'm sleeping better now too. Total weight loss since in 4 months is 19 lbs. Of course I've improved my diet also."
