Our group classes are a great way to get fit, but sometimes you need a more individualized approach to achieve your specific goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, or prepare for a specific sporting event (5k, 10k, half-marathon, marathon, etc), CrossFit Athletics offers a number of personal training options to help you crush your goals!

We offer single personal training sessions where you will work 1-on-1 with a coach on any technique, skills, mobility, or other areas of your fitness that you would like to improve.

You can also purchase packages of personal training sessions to work with one of our coaches on a more long term basis.
